Welcome to the 2008 UKAHFT Series

Although it states at certain venues we are full (Sold Out), it’s always worth contacting UKAHFT nearer the time of an event as spaces may have become available.

Please remember you will not be permitted to just turn up on the day and hope to get in, you must contact UKAHFT beforehand to check availability and your name will be added to the entry list if applicable.

We regret implementing this but there are a number of administrative reasons dictating this action.

May we Please remind you all

That although you may have pre-booked by post you still have to book in as normal at all UKAHFT events, to collect your scorecard and sign in. Please make sure you book in before the cut off time of 11 am.

Please remember you all still have to sign in, session 1 shooters before 9am and session 2 shooters before 11am on the day of the competition.

Session 1 safety brief will be approx 9.30am and KO will be approx 9.40am

Session 2 safety brief will be approx 15mins after session 1 has ended and KO 15mins after that (times vary but approx 1pm KO)

Badges will be on sale while session 2 is going on and also for 30mins after the presentation

Please remember if you do not attend the safety brief you will NOT be allowed to shoot

Please Note:

The UKAHFT Series is a popular growing sport and the numbers attending our events are continually on the increase, with common sense prevailing after careful consideration and talks, we have agreed that we unfortunately have no other option than to impose a maximum on the number of entrants at each of our events.

This upper limit will ensure that we can conclude each event in the limited time available, we have determined that the maximum we can get through at each event smoothly allowing for two rounds will be, 90 entries in the First session and 120 maximum (at a push) in the second session.

Booking in will be as normal from 4pm until 6pm (approx) on the Saturday, and from 9:00am until 11am on the Sunday.

It was not the intention of the UKAHFT Organisation to operate a pre-booking system at any event, however, because of the numbers and the time allotted per shoot pre-booking is now advisable we now have limit each competition to 200 competitors.

Session 1 will kick off at approx 10-10.30 and Session 2 around 1.30-2pm.

We would like to apologise beforehand, as there could be a slight possibility that some attending could be turned away if the maximum has been reached.

We trust you understand why this decision has been made and that we have to draw the line somewhere.

Families are welcome although no child under the age of NINE will be permitted to enter any of the scheduled events or allowed entry to any of the shooting arenas.

Price of Entry

The cost to enter the main shoot at each event will be £8 per Adult and £6 per Child, the cost of entry will be reduced by £1 per shooter for those who have obtained a UKAHFT supporters Card. Cost of entry includes automatic inclusion in the Bonus Bunny draw. If your name should be drawn and you have left the event the bonus bunny money will be reserved for you.
